Friday Evening.

Arrival & Introductions - Welcome drinks and dinner.

Saturday - Day 1.

6.00am Morning run, jog or walk around Angkor Wat.

7.30am onwards breakfast.

9.00am Gym sessions and circuit training at Gold Fitness.

12.30pm Lunch and free time, massages.

2.00pm Mountain Biking around Angkor Park and Temples

4.00pm Weight session at Gold Fitness.

5.00pm - 7.00pm Free time and massages

7.30pm Dinner

Sunday - Day 2.

6.00am Morning run, jog or walk around Angkor Wat.

7.30am onwards breakfast.

9.00am Weight sessions and gym training at Gold Fitness.

12.30pm Lunch and free time, massages.

2.00pm Wakeboarding at ICF Wakepark.

5.00pm - 7.00pm Free time and massages.

6.00pm Sunset ride around Anchor Temples.

7.30pm Dinner.

Monday - Day 3.

6.00am Morning run, jog or walk.

7.30am onwards breakfast.9.00am Gym sessions and circuit training at Gold Fitness

12.30pm Lunch and free time, massages.

2.00pm Angkor Park Temple Visits & Tour on mountain bikes.

4.00pm Weight session at Gold Fitness.

5.00pm - 7.00pm Free time and massages

7.30pm Final Dinner and farewell at Elia Greek restaurant, Siem Reap (Price not included in package).
